Actual quantities depend on structural design, foundation depth, and soil conditions; always confirm the exact bill of quantities with your structural engineer.
Calculated from standard Pakistani brick size (9×4.5×3 in) with a ½ in mortar joint, at a 1:6 cement-sand ratio (≈1.3 bags cement per m³ of brickwork) — a transparent, general engineering estimate, not a Danial Khan & Associates figure. Doesn't include foundation, plaster, coping, or gates.
Tip: a quick way to estimate wall area is room perimeter × wall height, minus roughly 15–20 sq ft per door or window. Based on a practical coverage rate of 120 sq ft per liter per coat on textured walls (theoretical tin coverage is usually higher). Actual coverage varies by paint brand, wall texture, and application method.
