Worked Lahore Example: 180 Linear Feet Perimeter Wall for 10 Marla.
Boundary wall masonry estimate.On an independent 10 Marla corner or open plot in DHA Phase 8 or Bahria Orchard (35 ft front × 65 ft depth), the perimeter measures 200 linear feet. Deducting a 20-foot opening for the main gate and wicket entrance leaves 180 linear feet of brick masonry. Running this perimeter at a standard height of 6 feet with a 9-inch (0.75 ft) structural thickness produces the material quantities below.

Substructure & Coping Notes.
These figures calculate the superstructure brickwork above the plinth beam. In Lahore soils (silty clay), DKA advises placing an additional 3 feet of stepped foundation footing below natural ground level. A continuous 9-inch DPC (damp-proof course) membrane and concrete weather coping on top protect against monsoon seepage.
