Our studio is in DHA Phase 3, at 25-B,XX, Block Khayaban-e-Iqbal, and we design and build across all phases of DHA Lahore. You can meet the person who will sign off your house, Danial Khan, at the studio, and your site is a short drive from the people responsible for it.
DHA Lahore measures plots on the 225 sq ft marla, so a 1 kanal plot is 4,500 sq ft (commonly 50 × 90 ft) and a 10 marla plot is 2,250 sq ft. The marla to square feet converter and the plot size calculator use the same standard.
Like other planned societies, DHA has its own building regulations and requires approved drawings before construction starts. The regulations differ between phases and are revised from time to time, so we check the current requirements for your phase and plot at the start of the design stage rather than quote them from memory.

Many DHA plots are owned by families overseas. The DKA Overseas Home Program covers remote design sessions, an itemized BOQ, weekly video and photo walkthroughs, remote material approval and milestone-based billing, with keys handed to you or your family in Pakistan.
