Danial Khan & Associates designs and builds sports facilities, including padel courts, squash courts, gymnasiums and training centres. For a padel project we plan the site, lay out the courts and the spaces around them, and carry the build through to handover.
Padel court facility, Lahore — site layout render
Padel court dimensions
A regulation padel court is 20 m long and 10 m wide (about 65.6 × 32.8 ft), a playing area of 200 sq m, enclosed by glass back walls and metal mesh. That is roughly 2,153 sq ft, for the court alone.
The plot has to be larger than the court: you also need run-off and circulation around the enclosure, and usually seating, changing rooms, a reception and parking. How many courts fit, and which way they face, is the first thing we work out on a site plan. Check a plot with the plot size calculator.
What we handle
Site planning and court layout, including orientation and the number of courts
Foundations and the court slab
Glass and mesh enclosure, and entrances
Court lighting for evening play
Supporting buildings: seating, changing rooms, reception, café and parking
Site supervision, coordination and handover
The cost of a padel court depends on the number of courts, the surface and enclosure specification, whether the court is covered, and the facilities around it, so we quote each project individually rather than publish a figure.

More than the 200 sq m court itself: allow for circulation around the enclosure and for seating, changing rooms and parking. We work out how many courts fit on a site plan of your plot.
It depends on the number of courts, the surface and enclosure specification, whether the court is covered, and the supporting facilities. We quote each project individually and do not publish a fixed price.
Yes. Our portfolio includes an international squash court, a gymnasium, a training station and a sports board pavilion.
